How to fade/ get rid of old scars?

• I used to cut, and now I have fairly noticeable scars on my leg. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for getting rid of the scars altogether, or just making them fade so they aren't so prominent anymore. I also have very fair skin, so the marks stick out when I want to wear shorts, dresses, etc. Thanks!

  Something that's worked wonders for me is Palmer's Skin therapy oil- I use it after every shower, massage it into my skin, and it really has improved my scars- and I have a lot of them (I have really fair skin, too). The skin therapy oil isn't very expensive, so, in my opinion, it's worth a shot. Best of luck with this!! I hope it helps!
