How to get rid of Hyper pigmentation as soon as possible?

How to get rid of the hyper pigmentation on tongue - Please advice.?

• I'm 19 years old. Many years ago, I noticed some black spots on my tongue, but my mom assured me that they'll go and there's nothing alarming about it. That time, I did not care... but now they are getting very prominent. It's genetic. My mom has similar pigmentation on the side of her tongue but that is not prominent. My case is worse. I went to a dermatologist and she confirmed it was hyper pigmentation, and there is no solution for this. It is harmless but the marks won't go. I had done bit of research myself, and asked whether Laser treatment could be used (I read about it on internet) but she told me I shouldn't go for it. Please advice if you have known a similar case... any recommendation?

  You need to listen to your mom and the dermatologist. There it no way to treat this and it doesn't need to be treated. It is harmless.
