How to get rid of tiny red bumps on cheeks?

Ok, ever since 6th grade, I've had these tiny red bumps on my cheeks. They do not hurt or anything, and they aren't extremely noticeable, but people have recently been noticing them. If you were to run you hands over my cheeks it feels like little acne bumps, but I know it is not, for a fact. If you have any solution to getting rid of these, please tell me! I am now goign into 9th grade, so I've had these for quite some wwhile.

get "clean n clear persa gel 10" at a drugstore, or walmart or target. dab a little of this on the spots twice a day. Night and morning. Its only $6, SEE IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. how do you know its not acne?I got acne when I was in 6th grade.. maybe ur allergic to a hair product, switch hair products, see if it helps.
