Is it normal to have little dots under your eyes?

Why does my skin breaks out in little red dots under my eyes?

• Most of the time when I cry tiny red speckles show up underneath my eyes and they can last for days before fading. I have permanent speckles in other places, but around my eyes it can almost look like a small rash after I've cried. Do you know why this happens and how I can make it go away faster, or even prevent it altogether?

  bc you are a freak but also, that happens to me too.....get a spoon, put it in the freezer, and then put it on the redness, it makes it go away also works for hangover eyes
