Any Good Moderate Acne Solutions?

Acne /Acne scar solutions? Any help would be so appreciated?

• I'm 16 and i have struggled with Acne on and off since i turned 15. A little over a year ago, around September of 08 i had started to develop very bad Acne on my Forehead and scattered Acne around the side of my face. I ordered a acne treatment called Exposed whitch at the time was high regarded and worked fine for me around December. It took about a month, but it got rid of the acne by about January of 09. Now id have little outbreak here and there, but they were controllable til about April. From April to the end of August i was acne free. Then September came around and i started breaking out around my forehead again. I went back to the exposed Solution. And it got rid of the forehead acne once again, but this time i broke out much worse on the side of my face and the exposed did little to nothing for that. I broke out awfully, with gigantic zits that would grow on top of eachother. On my left cheek, i had about 10 big pimples and they would grow on top of each other. On the right side my temple was covered in little pimples and i had pimples scattered all over the right side. I came to the conclusion about a month ago this exposed was not going to cut it. So i came up with my own regiment. I would wash my face 3 times a day with a soft scrub or cleanser. And I would steam my face twice a week. This worked miracles. It got rid of all the pimples on my left cheek. I only have one there now. And it got rid of about 80 % of the pimples i had on the right side. But i was left with Scars :/, not deep ones but a bunch of red spots. And now im considering have a chemical peel or laser resurfacing done hopefully in order to get rid of them. Is this the best route to go?? How should i go about getting rid of these scars? There pretty bad because i have them in bunches? And also how else could i improve my regiment because i'm scared i may be starting to breakout again. I woke up the other day with a pimples on my chin line on the right side of my face. Then the enxt day i had a pimple on the temple of the right side of my face. And today i woke up with a pimple on the left side of my mouth. These recent pimples not big red and inflamed like the last batch fortunately. But there stilll there. And i planned on doing Male modeling but i cant keep my skin perfect or even close to it.
