Help On Getting A Tan If You Usually Burn?

Help getting rid of a sun burn?

  • I got extremely burned today (all over) and I even applied a TON of sunblock. I read that soaking black tea bags in warm water and then using a wash cloth to dab it on your skin will rid you of most of your sunburn in the morning. True?

  • Answer:

Try looking into an aloe vera product as those help a lot with the burning and pain. Taking cool showers may help with the burning feeling and drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated. Try to avoid rubbing your skin against things because that would cause pain. After a while, your sunburn may begin to itch, it is painful while it itches as well. Eventually the pain will go away and it will start peeling. Once that happens, your sunburn should be gone/almost gone. Good luck, Horselover567
