How do you get rid of dark arm pits?

I often get boils/sores in my arm pits, near my female parts, and under my brests. how can i get rid of them?

    you are having boils you are having a subcutaneous infection / irritation under you skin apply moist heat to affected parts drain apply antibiotic cream and keep dry and well ventilated wear things that breathe and are not too tight cotton would be best until it goes away and check your deodorant some have chemicals that irritate clean regularly

I have the same problem, only they are in my Buttocks, Inner and outer labia, and groin....this is a condition called "Hidradenitis Supperativa", look it up...and mention it to your doctor the next time you see him...this is an ongoing problem, and sadly, there is no cure but surgery to remove your sweat glands in that area.

Try switching to a USDA organic diet! and then.. (Look for the usda organic logo!) http://healthimpactnews.com/2011/80-uses-for-coconut-oil/ get some organic version of this oil and apply.. for me? it did. a few things.. 12+ years of acne on my back now gone, cyst on but now gone, ringworm gone! its healthy stuff! I shower with the stuff! eating it even got rid of my ibs! :) and I had that for years! + on my private parts it stops them from smelling! as its a excellent deodorant!
