Paleo diet for acne? Can anyone give me their paleo diet plan they used to clear their skin?

Hey everyone. i am asking someone who has been on a strict paloe diet to defeat acne. i was wondering if anyone could give me their diet plan that they used on a daily basis, and any information on how the the diet worked and how how quickly your skin reacted. this will be very helpful for me. thanks alot.

Not Paleo, but Atkins, didn't have acne, but cleared up IBS, PCOS, dyshidrosis mostly, and lost 14 kilos, and had heaps of energy.
