Lip swollen from the sun?

i went to the beach last sunday and i got sunburned. i thought i was fine untill wed i woke up with 2 blisters on my upper lip so i iced it and put medicine on it the next morning my lip grew in size. since than ive been icing it and putting medcine on it and it hasnt changed... and my birthday is tuesday aug 4th! help!!!! i dont know how to get rid of the swelling i tried everything
