How do you treat busted knuckles?

How do I treat a bruise ? =~="?

  • i punched the wall really hard with my fists [don't ask why] and now i have a purplish darkish bruise on my knuckles. what should i do to treat it?

  • Answer:

    Soak it in epsom salt water. You can find epsom salt at a grogery store. Just dissolve the salt and let your hand soak 15-20 min. Put cover-up on it until it fades.

umm.. you don't really need to treat a bruise :S if you want put ice on it so it doesn't hurt. other then that just wait until it gets better.. :]

I don't think there is anything you can do to treat a bruise. I think the only thing you can do is put ice on it. OMG! You punched the wall? LOL! I fell off my bike and I got a huge bruise on my right leg. I just left it alone. I didn't put anything on it. I've had the bruise for 3 weeks now. It won't go away! LOL.

If you did it recently put an ice pack on it. Other than that you can put some special healing cream from the pharmacists. The best way after applying ice packs is to let it heal by itself.

put some on ice on it for couple of minutes or try hot water.. check it out..

You can't really treat a bruise, if your hand is swelled though ice it. Just wait and it will heal over time, it shouldn't take long though....I hope it gets better soon!
