I have marks from pimples i used to have.

I'm 23 I never had pimples but now I'm breaking out in my chin?

I was thinking about getting a facial but um not sure if it's going to b a good idea I don't want o pop any pimples and leave marks please help me with any suggestions you guys might have!

    The skin is the largest organ of the body and the quickest way to eliminate toxins that the liver and/or other elimination organs can't handle. This can be due to stress, hormone overload, toxic exposure or years of bad eating habits. Here are a few ways you can help the body cleanse: 1- Drink 1/2 gallon of pure water or more a day. 2- Take Dandelion (stimulates and cleanses) and Milk Thistle herbs (protects the liver from damage). 3- Take hot soaking baths in Salt water (24 oz plain salt or rock salt) or Apple Cider Vinegar water (2-4 cups per tubful). Soak at least 20 minutes to an hour. Splash water on your face or place a cloth soaked in water over the face rinse every few minutes. These baths pull the toxins out through the skin, so they don't have time to get blocked and form pimples and stuff. 4- Eat a healthy high nutritious diet. With Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) in it as they are very good for healthy skin etc. 5- Stay away from fried foods, empty food, processed food and artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors and preservatives. I have had a lot of health problems, including liver problems; I now have people walking up to me remarking at the health and beauty of my skin and at 45 that's saying a lot. Are you sitting at a desk with your face resting on your hands a lot? Are you under more stress lately? Do you change your pillowcase regularly or clean your phone? Are you not washing your face right after you sweat? Any of these things can cause bacteria build, and cause a pimple to form. I am unfamiliar with philosophy, but I would recommend using an antibacterial face wash such as cetaphil. Good luck, its frustrating!
