How to stretch lower back?

Stretch marks on my lower/middle back?

  • I'm 14 6'5" 160 pounds. About one year ago I started to get stretch marks on my back. Over the year they started to get darker and more noticeable. Is it normal to have stretch marks in this area and how can I get rid of them?

  • Answer:

Pretty much everyone has them. They can happen with weight gain/loss, but they happen even more so when you are just growing and your body is changing. You can't get rid of them completely but you can just keep the skin moisturized with lotions, etc. Cocoa butter really works. Palmers is a really good cocoa butter lotion. Or you could just buy raw cocoa butter on Amazon, really good stuff, you can mix it with lotion or just use it by itself, take a chunk of it in the bath, etc.

U can use Aveeno baby eczema therapy moisturizing cream. It's has oatmeal in it and protects skin. I know it says for eczema but it works REALLY well on stretch marks. I know cause I have em too. Good luck & belive me it gets better

My friend is tall also, they are stretch marks from growing too fast. Dont worry though, its not that unusual, you could probably get the pregnancy lotion for strechmarks if youre worried about that, good luck buddy :3
