Well you have interesting situation. I have tried Zenmed Derma cleanse kit. It says that it treats acne form inside out, because they have Vitamins it their kit. It took me few weeks til I get rid of acne scars and normalize my skin from completely dry to normal type. Price for this product isn't high at least comparing to what you get for that price. After you get rif of acne I suggest to use vitamins for longer time to prevent acne in future.

I actually keep it simple. A plain neutrogena bar of soap I got from CVS, a neutrogena moisturizer that fights acne, and sacilic acid if I have a random break out. My skin is mostly clear, and I too, have combination skin types.
