Help!!! whats the best way to get rid of dark circles around the eye?

Apart from a lack of sleep dark circles are often a sign of a chronic food intolerance. Try cutting out wheat, dairy, sugar and other processed foods for a couple of weeks and then reintroducing them to see what happens.

Hi - I suffer fromt his too, I think a certain amount is hereditary (Thanks Mum!) Things Ive found helpful are: Better quality sleep, drinking more water, cutting out caffeine (in drinks anyways, still eat chocoolate but not so much) and a great concealer - Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat, costs about £20 but worth it as it lasts AGES and is really effective.
