What are the red bumps on my toddler's face?

How do i get rid of these red bumps on my face not acne?

• my barber shaved the hairs off my face with the same machine he was cutting my hair with now i have red bumps on my face (for 3 moths) i've been trying to get rid of these bumps since i got them i currently putting toothpaste on top of the bumps (1 week) before i go to sleep it supposedly get rid of them not really working still have red bumps. im wondering what these red bumps are? and how i cant get rid of em? also what should i do when the hairs on my face start getting of control? should i shave the hairs or use my electrical trimmer? how do i get rid of this?   Sounds like your face got irritated where the barber took those hairs off of your face. Sometimes that can take months to get rid of. I would think that toothpaste and things like that may only prolong the irritation. As far as the hairs on your face I am assuming you mean whiskers. For you I would suggest using a sensitive skin shave cream and a good sharp Gillette razor. Good luck!
