How to get rid of bruises!!!!???*?

So i have alot of bruises on my legs n few in arms because i bruise easily and it takes months for them to go away cause my immune system/ Lupus. so is there any medecine or lotion or remedies that can help me get rid of bruises fast or faster plzzz so i can finally wear shorts n skirts thanks im 15 if that helps at all*
