How to remove very stubborn dirt from the body?

• I just had a surgery at my ear area, previously inaccessible areas have now become exposed. Dirt which have accumulated over the years are now staining the areas behind my ear. I've used olive and and soup but to no avail. Is there anything i can do to remove the stubborn dirt?

  Strangely enough I use automotive transmission fluid it's loaded with detergents. I work on a lot of cars and an old grease monkey taught me this trick. It gets rid of the most stubborn dirt. though, if you've recently had surgery I'd avoid getting it anywhere near any open cuts.
