How to get rid of Spots and Eczema? :)?

• I have two problems. None really big, but I would appreciate if someone answered :) 1) I have spots mostly on my cheeks, forehead and between my eye brows. I'm not too botherd but I would like to get rid of them. I have tried toothpaste, a cream for spots, I wash my face every morning when I wake up and at night before I go to bed. I always take my makeup off (not that I wear loads) and I have asked my mum to get me spot cream to get rid of them and she says no (I don't think she likes that fact that her youngest child isn't a child anymore) I know the spots are caused mostly by puberty but my aunty and mum says I won't get loads because they never got loads and neither did my brothers. Any help as to how I could get rid of them? I'm thirteen by the way if that helps :) 2) I have eczema on my neck and I went to the doctors and he gave me special cream for it but that didn't help, it just seemed to make it worse. So I bought other cream and that doesn't seem to help either. So I used sudacream (it's this mad white cream stuff, kinda hard to explain if you don't know) and that didn't help either. I know it's not aggrivated by perfumes or anythings because I don't wear any usually and when I do I don't wear loads. Any ideas how to get rid of it too?
