What is a natural solution to getting rid of blackheads?

I want to reduce the size of my pours on my cheeks and nose.Blackheads wont go away easily,Ive tried over the counter facial scrubs and they are not prevailing :( what should I try?

If you've tried all that and no success I'd try a good facial better to have it done by professionals than throwing you're money away.
