Why do i still have body acne?

  • I am almost 19 years old and i have had between moderate to severe body acne since i was 14. My face is really clear but i have it bad on my arms, shoulders, chest, and back. I have done EVERYTHING to make it better. Ive have used so many acne products, i take multivitamins and zinc and fish oil, i eat healthy, dont eat any dairy, workout everyday and shower after, dont touch my skin, moisturize, use apple cider vinager as a drink and a topical, try not stressing as much, take lukewarm showers, and now im trying the doxycycline acne pill but its been two months and it keeps getting worse. the only two things that have helped alot was using the severe acnefree benzoil peroxide kit (way too expensive) and sitting in the sun everyday (cant do that in winter). I really hate being too embarassed to go swimming in summer or anything. please help and serious answers only, thank you.

if you sweat much thats probably your problem there maybe is the sweat cuz if you dont have in your face but in the rest of your body do that probably it you just need to stay fresh
