Does Acnefree Severe work better than the regular Acnefree?

• Nothing seems to work for my face. My pediatrician prescribed a benzoyl peroxide acne cream to me & I tried it & nothing. I used Clean & Clear mark kit & it was 'ok' but my acne didn't completely go away. So I decided to buy AcneFree Severe. Does it work well? And also- will it irritate my skin? My skin doesn't have a lot of excess oil so will this cause my skin to dry out? My skin is sensitive but I really don't know what else to try because both of my cheeks are basically scarred from the acne. They always stay a pinkish-red color and it's really ugly. It's been this way since this past summer.
