How do you treat a busted eye vessel?

• I woke up this morning and my eye is red not all red but it's near my eye its looks like i busted a vessel cause it don't look like a pink eye and if you get a pink eye won't it hurt or get watery? Well my eye doesn't really hurt it just feels like theres pressure on it or something. But how do i get rid of it ?

  If it feels inflamed (swollen) then applying ice will help the inflammation along with taking an antihistamine such as Tylenol, Advil, or Alieve. I would prefer Advil (Ibuprofen). If it is passed swelling yet it's still red, then apply something warm. Usually a damp washcloth with warm watter works. Apply it for 10 minutes at a time a couple times a day. Red eye and pink eye doesn't necessarily hurt, however it does normally itch. Irritating it by rubbing it around will further the itch and redness.
