What is this??? Spider bite or pimple?

• What is this??? Spider bite or pimple? Ok, I get a few break outs on my face. I do pop my pimples then clean them. I know this is a no no but I can't stand the pimples. About 7 days ago I started getting what I thought was a pimple. I waited a few days, opened it and popped it. I got a small amount of white out just like from a pimple, then a little blood. This was all normal. Well over the past few days it's been getting larger. Kind of like if I didn't get all the pimple squeezed. This has happened before. Still wasn't worried but then my roomate had to kind of lance it for me to open it and when she popped it, it shot out stuff (also normal for a pimple) but then she got green pus out of it. Now this is not normal for my pimples. I got bite by a brown recluse 10yrs ago. My ex mother in law told me it was a boil (which I never had), so I just squeezed it everynight & got out what I thought was pimple yuckies. After 9 days of this and talking w/my co-worker, she demanded I go to the Dr. Thats where I found out it was a 20 minutes ago - 3 days left to answer. Additional Details 16 minutes ago spider bite. The Dr. said the squeezing of it helped from the poison spreading. My co-worker said she knew but didn't want to scare me. So back to whats on my face. This isn't as big as what I had 10 years ago. The one on my face is about the size of a pea as the other was about 1/2 the size of a grape. There is no red ring around it. Not feeling sick or anything but didn't from the brown recluse either. I don't have 2 fang marks either but didn't with the brown recluse either but I do have a larger than normal hole in the center, unlike the small holes from a pimple. I live in Nebraska and the only poisonous spider I know to be here are brown recluse & very rare black widows. We have the common wolf spider, daddy long legs, and small house spiders. I don't know if one of them would have bit me. Also we noticed ants in our rental house here. Very small ones. Could this be it? If so what do I do, if anything. Sorry this is so long but wanted to make sure I explained myself. TY every1 14 minutes ago My friend did just say the bump was soft when she squeezed it. Don't know if this means anything. But it hurt like holy crappy olly when she popped it, hehe.

  I'm glad that you 'got it out'. It might have been a boil which is a bigger pimple and the same as a cyst(Tyler...explains). The only difference between boil and cyst is that boils are under the skin that can be brought to a head and "popped" on the outside. A cyst is the same only on the 'inside'/'underside' of the skin and has to be drained by a doctor. They both can be very tender to the touch, and hurt like h-e-double hockey sticks when squeezed. A boil will leave a hole in the middle of the 'unknown'(lol), that is where the head was. A boil will feel a whole lot less painful once the head is removed, and will drain. Keep it clean and put some neosporin or vitamin E so it will heal without a scar. I wasn't sure if you had went to the doctor for this one or the first bite, if it wasn't for this one please go just to make sure.
