What causes burst blood vessels?

  • When I was on holiday I broke a blood vessel in my foot (at least thats what the pharmacist told me) It looked like a little bump - I thought it was a bite and it was itchy and then it turned red and blue. Now I have another itchy bump on my foot. I haven't put on weight or anything. I do have problems with palpitations also get internal bruising on my chest. I don't know what causes burst blood vessels.

Well! Dear don't worry this could be due to high pressure in blood ,hypertention,mye be there have been a stoppage in blood,i think you may be standing on one place for a long time,or you may be tired. Don't worry take bed rest to avoid this any more oky!

too much pressure pops the vessel. I know because my eye blood vessel popped and all you could do is put special eye drops to get rid of the blood
