How do you get rid of a keloid on your tragus piercing?

how did you get rid of your piercing keloid and how long did it take? Ive been putting vitamin E oil on it for 2 weeks but it hasnt gone down. please help!!!!!!!

I would also like to know. I have a Monroe, and there is one on the inside of my mouth! Its getting irritating and rubbing my gum! Some people have said sea salt, others have said tea tree oil, and all have said - DO NOT TOUCH IT. I think I am going to try those.
