Bad rash after flea bites?

What is this disappearing rash?

• I keep getting the weird migrating rash. My skin will itch in a spot, and when i start to scratch it, small bumps come up, similar to flea bites or big goosebumps. The "rash " will stay for a few hours, then disappear, but it always seems to reappear somewhere else on my body later or the next day. My husband and I considered it was our new laundry detergent, so we went back to our old detergent. I am concerned about going to the doctor, b/c half the time there is no "rash" there to see. It just pops up and then goes away. Is it stress hives? Or maybe ...(God forbid) I went to Aruba a month and a half ago...could i have a skin parasite????
