Help! How to get rid of heat rash spots? Naturally?

• I know its a heat rash, it was Hot, and me being silly and using Hot water to wash my clothes.. I got heat rash on my hands and arms.. Not looking good. I'm itchy like hell over my whole body, but as days pass my itchy has gone less... But my spots still their!!...and starting to spread on my body!! I have been using powder and taking allergy tablets. Been like this for 7 days... Doctors appointment in two weeks... Can't wait need to try things to make it go away..... Help? -.-

  You could try using aloe vero based creams? sometimes using dry skin creams such as Aveeno work well. Creams you could try are Aveeno as mentioned, E45, eucerin. You could also try using baby oil see if that will cool it down.
