Is Cetaphil good for facial eczema?

Question about Eczema and redness relief?

• So I went to the dermotologist and he told me the red, dry patches on my face where eczema and gave me a prescription cream and told me to use cetaphil face wash and moisturizer. he said use the cream for 2 weeks, I did and the dry flakieness went away but there was still redness but not as much as before. The cetaphil wash was decent but did not reduce redness and the moisturizer caused me to breakout, i since stopped both cetaphil products and im trying a nuetrigema (fragrence free) wash to see if it helps. Has anyone been ina similar situation as this and maybe could tell me what they did, i guess if all else fails ill go back to the derm. but i'd like to not have to due to the fact that it will cost me since i do not have health coverage.
