How can I get rid of my zits?

• ok Im 13 and in 8th grade and in like the past week my face has like zits I have like 6 on my face. And i usually only get a zit every once in a while. And I use neutrogena oil free wash for my face (pink grape fruit) but that kinda dries out my skin ( i normally have oil skin), so it may be causing me to break out. PLEASE HELP!!!! how can i get rid of these zits A.S.A.P..

  clean your face with a gentle face wash everyday, (simple is very good as it is designed for sensitive skin), clean your face of makeup every night so that your pores do not get clogged up, also drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated, avoid sugar and junk food and your skin should clear up quickly, in order for your skin to remain clear you should follow these points at all time.
