rather....go to a dermatologist they specialize in skin so they would best know how to treat it I dont think removing it is the best option because scarring is what caused it and it would just come back.. I hear there are some laser therapies that are helpful but again consult a dermatologist

You would have to go to a plastic surgeon to have it removed. There is a great chance that after the surgery you could get a bigger keloid in its place.
