What is it called when you have a hard bump on your heal?

Bump on my face? what is it and how can i heal it?

• i have this like bump near my nose that i thought was a pimple but iguess it wasnt because it didnt go away for like 3 weeks (and pimples never last that long on my face) so finally i picked at it with my tweezers, which probably wasnt a good thing to do..., and now its like a cut or something...i still dont know what it is...everytime i touch it with tweezers, it starts bleeding and i put hydrogen peroxide on it thinking that would help a little and it really hasnt..any ideas? also it really hurts to touch

  You may have a boil. Treat it with hot moist compresses for 20 minutes several times a day to try to get it to drain. If it does not drain (if it is a boil) you may need to go to the doctor to get it drained and you might need antibiotics. Check here. http://www.medicinenet.com/boils/article.htm
