Some spiders venom are flesh eating neurotoxins, meaning that left untreated they can eat away the flesh on your face. You should see a dermitologist. They can help you heal the affected area with ointment or cream....

As your family doctor for silverdene .. burn cream. Sounds like a brown recluse. It's rare for people to have severe reactions from spider bites but it can and does happen. After the bite completely heals, it may leave a small hole at the site of the bite. The sooner you treat the bite, the faster it will heal. I was bitten 5 years ago and the scar is slowly healing up.. can barely see it now. It just takes time so be patient. good luck

You could have been bitten by a Brown Recluse spider (also known as a "viloin spider" by markings on its back that resembles the violin). A bite from this spider often leaves an open sore or ulcer that can be painful, oozing and slow to heal. I suggest seeing a doctor regarding this problem, as tissue damage may become more serious if left untreated. The symptoms you described are common amongst brown recluse spider bite victims. Brown Recluse spiders are timid but not uncommon in homes all over the USA. Hope this helps.
