How do I get rid of my keloid?

How could i determine if it's a keloid and how would i able to get rid of it?!?

• okay so i have my belly pierced for about 4 months now and the it's kinda of purplish around it i think it's because it has formed a keloid so is there somekind of medicine i can buy to get rid of keloid or if it's a really small one will it go away on it's own?!
