  • Answer:

Clammy hands and excessive hand sweating is actually quite common for a lot of people. I used to think I was the only one who was sweating so much. It has something to do with a change in hormone levels. There's a natural home remedy that you can try that's suppose to be used for underarm sweating but you can use if for pretty much any kind of body sweat. You probably already have all the ingredients at home so it shouldn't cost you any money. Just use it in the morning and that should pretty much took care of any excessive sweating that you might have all day long Just follow the instructional video and make sure you follow the procedure http://homeremediesforcuring.com/underarm-sweating Good luck, I hope that helps :)

My cousin had the same problem. She went to her GP and he prescribed a cream that she could rub into her hands which would make them sweat less. Like extra-strong anti-perspirant deoderant for your hands! So you could either go to your GP and explain the problem (it's a common problem, don't be embarrassed) or just have a look in the pharmacy for something. Good luck!

There is an over the counter preparation called Anhydryl Forte which is very effective. You put it onto the affected area at night and wash it off in the morning and it helps to reduce sweating. If the problem continues, see your doctor.
