How can I heal a burn really fast?

How can i heal cuts/burn on my face FAST?

• omg; school is about to start and i dont want to look like this ! i can block it with my hair its just i like making my hair into a pony tail and if i do it would show. and i want it to go away already please help.   DEEP BREATH. youll be okay. you can either put salt water on it or aloe. i know both of them sound really weird but they both help heal cuts etc VERY fast. so take your pick. for the salt water it may sting a little but trust me salt will clear it up FAST. put some salt(kitchen salt is good) in a glass of water and mix and apply it on the spot with a cotton swab or whatever you have. the aloe is gooey so it may be weird to put on your face but it works too. just put it on before bed. you can try both if you want it to work faster.. salt in the morning aloe throughout the day.
