How can I get rid of my Spots?

How can i get rid of these red spots under my skin?

  • i do have teenage spots on my face, but under my skin especially on my forehead i have little red marks under my skin. they are not bumps and i cannot squeeze them. i don't think they are spots coming because they have been there for years now. some of them are darker red, even brown and some are like tiny dimples on my skin, but red around the rims. does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of these or what they are? also, do you have any idea how to get rid of the normal spots? i have had them for 3-4 years now thanks
