How can I get rid of my acne?

How can i get rid of this acne and humiliation?

• ok so today i was walking down the hallway and my friend stop me and says that she heard something about me i asked what, and she said everybody was saying i have zoobs!!!! i was like what the f**k is that and she said it meant zitty boobs, yeah i have acne on my chest but not on my boobs, i found it very immature seeings how we are in highschoo!! like come on people. and i have really really bad acne on my back that im dieing to get rid of but ive never worn a shirt that shows my back, i only wear low cut tops in the front, and my acne on my chest isn't even as bad as it used to be its basically just a discolouration, so i put a little bit of cover up on it but its still kind of noticeable but its now where near as bad as my back! and i told my parents that i wanted to get rid of all my body acne before high school starts because ive had it for 3 years, and they said oh theres nothing you can do everybody gets acne, and i said yeah but not big patches of it like on my back maybe the occasional couple of zits or so, and they said that well when you go to high school there will be more people like you, and they will be more mature about it and not care you have acne, but they were wrong like how is coming up with the words zoobs so mature! and im mostly worried about my back because i want to be able to wear nice tops and go swimming with my friends, it makes me cry sometimes, because everybody has nice skin and can wear really nice shirts and i cant because people are so immature, and how can i get rid of the weird look to my skin on my chest

  Try proactive. Or go to your doctor and they will prescribe you something that will make it go away fast. Good LUcK!
