What are these bumps on my hands?

I have these itchy bumps on my hands, arms, thighs and legs...what are they? details in description.?

  • they started on my arms..they started as small clusters of bumps..then in the center all the bumps seem to merge..it becomes a hard scale sort of..then darkens, hardens and peels..they are on my hands and all along my legs and thighs..even on the palms of my hand. my doctor thinks it hives, but it is not. it's really bothering me. any guesses please? pictures are greatly appreciated so i can make sure it's what i have.

    If your doctor says it's hives, it's probably hives. Sounds like hives to me. Do you have a medical degree? Didn't think so.

Check to see what medication you are taking. I had those one and the found out I was allergy to Penicillin. I got bumps in my knees, ankles and feet and sure enough I was allergy to Penicillin. See a doctor or a blood test.
