Why is it when i get sick, it always starts in my nose, then goes to my throat, then finally my chest?
-
It happens in this order every time i get sick. Starts with a ton of sneezing, then followed by a severe sore throat, then finally a horrible cough where i have to take shallow breathes because its hard to breath. The whole process takes about 1-2 weeks to completely finish. It is always accompanied by chills, body aches and migranes, but im just wondering why it moves down my body like that from nose to throat to chest. Is it a cold or flu and why does it do that?

Answer:
Nose and throat are connected > The drainage of both goes down your throat causing respiratory problems. Your problem probably starts in the nose the drainage from the throat irritates your throat and travels to your lungs.
