Is humidity/head bad for asthma? what about cold?
-
The cold doesn't bother me. However whenever the temperature goes at 90 or above, especially with humidity, I might as well be a dead mean, because no matter how controlled my asthma is, it flares during those times. IF i absolutely CANNOT avoid going out during these times, what can I do to minimize my risk of a flareup? Drink alot of water?

Answer:
High heat and humidity levels do have an effect on asthma patients. If you are having more asthma attacks during these times, you should see your pulmonologist and find out if you need to adjust your medications to coincide with the seasonal changes.
