Asthma is kinda bad but my peak flow reading is good?

Is a reading on the peak flow meter for asthma 375-400 good?

    I have asthma and peak at 600-630. It depends on size of person as well.I`m 6`0 so if your`re a lot smaller than that yes. If you`re worried, try and exercise more, and build up lung capacity.

Go on get her to try again.......consistent 400-50 for a young person with asthma. At my age 55+ with asthma i'm lucky to reach between 250-300.

this depends on your age and sex. Look up peak flow nomograms on the internet

Peak flow is sex, height and age dependant. Without all that information your result is meaningless.

It varies. Both my young son and myself have chronic asthma and both have a peak flow at home. My GP told me my son and my average peak flow and the levels it was ok at and the levels at which I had to seek medical advice/help. It is dependent on different things and the norm alters from person to person

if it is for a child about 200 and an adult about 400, so your ok .it depends on your age and other factors.
