i was sick and i lost my voice from walking in the cold .. it got all deep and nasty and just EWW! how can i get my voice back!!! what do i doo!? and i started school with my voice all nasty and al my friends were like wtf happened to you lol.

Hi there Drinking LOTS of hot fluids always helps. Soups, hot tea, or even gargling with salt water or hot water help with sore throats. A lot of people also don't know this, but drinking liquids with acid like lemonade or orange juice helps kill germs. Taking a medication for sore throat could help too. It could be strep throat. If your soreness continues to persist, see a doctor. You should not be going to school if you can't talk. You could also be spreading your germs. Good luck, get well!
