Do I need an inhaler?

Do you need your Aero Chamber with your inhaler?

  • I'm new to this whole needing a inhaler with you thing.. but I remember using one when I was little.. But I was just wondering if you need to carry that AreoChamber around with the inhaler? I forgot to ask the doctor when she gave it to me.. I see how some people use the inhaler without it a lot.. I mainly need it for shortness of breath, and when I get my "caugh attacks" and I guess at this doctor visit since I've been sick over a month they've noticed my lungs a bit weaker? they had me do some breathing test where you have to breath in, then breath out as hard as you can and a little red line will go up as far as you blew, I noticed it went up to 850, when I blew it went only up to 150, I knew that meant something.. So do I need that chamber thing? I know people will always ask what that's for when they see the bigger piece.. So do I need it? Or can I inhaile straight from the little inhailer .. thing.. ? (: Thanks..

  • Answer:

the aero chamber is for people who dont have the correct timing on the inhaler like press and breathe in instantly, i started out with it and got sick of lugging it around so i became a pro without it and you can gradually lean off of it but if you want to make sure all the medicine goes into your lungs, i would use it .
