I have bronchitis.My throat is at the stage where it is itchy.What can I take to get the itchiness out?

I already have prescriptions and cannot afford to go back to the doc any time soon.I was just wondering if there was a simple home remedy I could try?By the way this bronchitis things is really taking it's toll.I have no energy.I can barely take care of my sick kids and myself.Been back and forth to the doctors office and er.I am sick of us being sick!!How long does it usually take bronchitis to go away? I don't smoke or have any pets but it's still hitting us hard.I hate it!!! I wouldn't wish it on anyone!

My brother had it for 3 weeks a while ago. We just gave him lots of yoghurt, its really soothing. Keep resting and resting, it really helps, and try not to leave the house too much, it just makes you ten times worse tbh. Please get better! :) x
