I can be sitting down quiet and all of the sudden feels like an air bubble comes in my chest...I have seen Doctors and even had an overnite hospital stay and of course never happen once while being on observation..GO FIGURE RIGHT!! But any how all the Doctors say I'm heart healthy but I feel I'm NOT! I really don't know where else to go.. My pulse can be between 58-68 one week and then rise above 85 beats per min.I haven't a clue..But I am stressed bigt ime over this..I don't want a heart attack.............. HELP! :(

  • Answer:

Maybe your stress is causing you to be fearful about your health. What you are describing like the pulse, is absolutely normal. How old are you? The air buble could easily be gas coming up through your esophagus. Normal. Find something else do to so you can take your mind off your health.
