Question about a blocked nose?

Problem with my nose?

• OK PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY DOWN. ONE MORE IMPORTANT NOTE, I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM SINCE BIRTH. OK, the problem is that, well my nose is always blocked. One side is usually blocked totally, and the other is not blocked as much, but it changes over time. Sometimes the sides interchange etc. And I always have a constant or simply in other words, permanent headache/pressure on my head that NEVER goes away. I also always feel fatigued, am sort of lazy, weak etc. And I've been suffering from all this since the beginning of my life. YES, since the beginning, I'm not lying, seriously. And I also obviously have difficulty in breathing, and some times I have to breath with my mouth which is really annoying. Now I found out that this causes Sinusitis and I went to a doctor and he gave me some homeopathic medicines along with a nasal spray, and it's like 2 months and no changes at all! The next thing is more like another question. Whenever I go near to fur-like things, I feel like it went in my throat, and I have to spit out all that I have in my throat. Happens with blankets, old clothes, chickens etc. Another thing is I recently shifted to Pakistan, and with its absolutely horrible atmosphere, I got Asthma. Now I will soon be shifting out from Pakistan, and will Asthma go away as well?

  Nasal septum deviation suspected. Septoplasty is surgery to correct any problems in the nasal septum, the wall inside the nose that separates the nostrils. Consult an ENT specialist.
