How do you avoid saggy skin during and after weight loss?

Have chest pain like pressure, dry cough, dry skin that inch and pill, weight loss.feet numbness, dry throat, ?

• Five month ago i was having stabbing pain with shortness of breath. Went to hospital and did x ray said nothing and was given antibiotics to it.next two month i was having chest burn with pain, and then i was loss weight. Doc told me its Gerd. Gave me antacid to it. Its now december i'm having chest pain that is like heat inside and its worsen everyday, loss so much weight, having dry cough since october, my stool is dark and strong and loose, so weak, loss appetite, my skin is dry, dry throat, i don't sweat pls whats wrong with me. A quick reply might help. I'v don x ray but they told me its bronchitis and also my oesophagus is some how little narrow. Pls tell me what test to Do

  I'm not trying to scare you or anything but my dad had these same exact symptoms when he had a heart attack back in 2005. My cousin had these symptoms a few weeks ago, he went to the E.R. and they told him he had some kind of infection. Don't remember what kind but yeah!
