What should I do about my nose bleeds?

What's up with my nose? It bleeds every day...?

• Warning : What you are about to read may not be suitable for weak stomachs! So I have no idea what's the matter with my nose, but it keeps bleeding. I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out (and please no, "Go see a doctor". That doesn't help.) Every single day for a few months now (about 5 times a day!), it starts to feel like I can't breathe that well, so I blow my nose. It hurts a lot and bleeds when I blow it because there's a solid part that keeps forming at the top (it is a booger, but it's like embedded in my nasal tissue) and won't stop bleeding until I use the tissue to peel the solid stuff off the inside. So basically, If I don't blow my nose, it's hard to breathe. If I do blow my nose, it bleeds until I take the stuck part out... but the stuck stuff keeps forming. What gives?

  Hi, Could this be caused by high blood pressure, or nose picking, living in dry cold or dry hot environments. If you have a wall heater this might be a reason why?
