Can I take Clindamycin for Bronchitis?

Can you take a bath when you have bronchitis?

• My daugther is 9 months old and she has bronchitis... my mom tells me to not bathe her because she is going to get more sick...and she also said she got bronchitis because i gave her a bath. When i bath her i make sure it is warm with the heater on and i even change her inside so she leaves the bathroom all warmped up but she still insist she will get worst by taking her a bath and that it is even dangerous... i dont know what to do, wether i should bath her or wait until she heals :(
