The top of my head is tingling?

Does sinus issues cause head tingling?

• I has a cat scan and MRI of my head 3 days ago for headaches and dizziness.Both came back normal.The only thing they saw was inflammed sinuses,which they felt is causing my headaches and dizziness. Im on antibiotics and headaches are gone.But i am getting pins and needles real bad all over the top of my head and nose pressure. My brains fine,my blood works fine,all is fine. Would a sinus issue cause this tingling in my head and all over? It seems worse right after i get up from laying down.When i am laying on my side on the couch and i get up,i get head tingling and pins and needles real bad.Then it goes away.

  I need to ask if you might drink diet soda? or use artificial sweetener of any kind? I have fibromyalgia and use to be in the habit of drinking crystal light b4 my diagnoses! My doc. told me,that artificial sweeteners cause many neurological problems (including tingling and head aches) and can lead to Very serious problems with continued use!
